I Choose a longer life.

Hi: My name is Candy. I am originally from Michigan but have lived in Arizona for the last twenty years. My boyfriend has property in Virginia and that is where I spend six months of the year. I have raised four kids who are now young adults. I'm always looking for ways to get the most out of life. I have tried many different methods of stopping smoking. I've tried the patch, gum and hypnosis. Cold Turkey seems to be what has been the most effective for me. That is my method of choice today. I love the feeling of clear breathing, no coughing, a fresh mouth and the anxiety ( of future health problems ) disappears. Let's do it! Together we can all breathe fresh air, "Just for Today"
